COSNORI Long Active Eyelash Serum Review

When you have to deal with dry eyes and the discomfort that comes with blepharitis, lash extensions and mascara can be too uncomfortable to bother with. That's why I was excited when Cosnori reached out and sent me their best selling lash serum.

Claims 

- Peptides and hyaluronic acid promote strong, healthy lashes

- Can be used after lash extensions, and also for the brows


Packaging

Average mascara-sized tube with a curved spoolie to help reach even the innermost and/or shortest hairs. The ball-tip holds a decent amount of serum for easy spreading, especially across the brow hairs.

Cosnori emphasises the lack of prostaglandin analogues in their formula. PGAs are used to treat glaucoma - a known side effect is it significantly lengthens lash length. Unfortunately it can also change your iris colour and cause a sunken eye appearance due to loss of surrounding fat around the eye area.

Texture & Scent 

Thin, watery serum that spreads and absorbs quickly. No discernible scent.



Experience 

I used this most mornings and nights for about 5 weeks, across my lashes and brows. Personally I didn't notice a difference to my lashes. The length seems the same to me, and my rate of lash loss didn't noticeably change either. Funnily enough, on one instance I was filming content for the lash serum I had to stop and wash my eyes because I had a couple of lashes fall off and settle in the inner corner.

For my brows, there was the slightest change. My left brow has a small bald spot that is quite apparent if I don't brush it properly. I noticed the adjacent brow hairs were hiding the area slightly better than before I started the serum, but to anyone other than me I don't think it would have been a perceptible difference.

For those reasons, I wouldn't purchase this myself. Have you tried this, and did you see any results?
