Texture & Scent 

No discernible scent. It's a watery, milky toner.

Experience 

This is a hard hitting toner that is both hydrating and moisturizing. It feels like it sinks deep into the skin rather than providing only surface layer hydration. My skin feels calmer after using it and it helps to reduce flaky skin. Overall I really enjoyed this product.
